As an Assistant Educator, you'll play a vital role in implementing age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring child safety, and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure child safety and wellbeing through active supervision.
- Collaborate on age-appropriate curriculum implementation.
- Provide personalised attention addressing unique learning styles.
- Guide behaviour for social and emotional development.
- Maintain open communication with parents about progress and concerns.
- Actively participate in team meetings for a cohesive educational approach.
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere embracing diversity.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of working towards a Certificate III in ECEC or equivalent.
- Valid WWCC
- Child protection/Red Nose/Food Safety training (or willing to obtain).
- Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF & EYLF.
- Passion for the Early Childhood sector.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.38 - $39.17 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
