**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Organisational Capability and Development team as an **Organisational Capability and Development Advisor **for a** 12-month fixed term contract. **You can be based in **Mascot NSW, Port Kembla NSW or Mt Waverley VIC**. As BlueScope continues to grow as a business, we continue to strengthen and develop our people. We need to ensure we have the right mindsets, capabilities, and skills to create and inspire smart solutions in steel to strengthen our communities for the future.

In this transformational role, partnering with our five national businesses, you will work with a team of passionate professionals focused on developing our people. This will see you project manage both low and high-touch Organisational Development initiatives inclusive of training, learning and change which are strategically aligned with business objectives and plans.

**What Will You Do?**

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability and Development Centre of Excellence, you will:

- ** partner with our national businesses** to develop a deep understanding of each and their respective needs. Identifying areas of alignment, encouraging cross-functional collaboration for the purpose of advancing organisational capability, delivering our strategy, and elevating our Employee Value Proposition
- ** expand the Centre of Excellence support** **for our business unit Organisational Development teams. Increasing the capability of our people team and delivering high touch support to key stakeholders, HR Managers and Senior Business Partners
- ** remove complexity, improve efficiency, and create operational consistency and alignment** across our business including capability frameworks, capability uplift programs, operational training, talent identification, development diagnostic tools, performance cycle and support
- ** create, evolve, design, and deliver new and/or existing Organisational Capability & Development products** that are future focused, practical, tangible, and aligned to our operational environment and long-term strategic vision
- ** provide organisational capability and development support **for employees and functional leaders driving seamless collaboration and communication

**More About You**

Drawing upon your experience in Organisation Development, Learning and Development, Change Management, or a Capability function, you will bring:

- previous experience facilitating workshops/programs
- experience managing system setup, configuration and administration of key people cycles such as annual performance cycles, talent and succession in a HRIS system
- ability to build and foster relationships across a multidisciplined workforce
