**Position Overview**: We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, supporting our mission to provide exceptional services to financial advisers and their clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately input and update data into our databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to address data discrepancies and improve processes.
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $51,858.78 - $106,893.59 per year
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
