To be successful, you must thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment. You will have excellent communication skills

Importantly, you MUST be flexible across shifts. There are several ad-hoc shifts/variety on offer, across different roles:

- **Permanent night shifts**:

- **Permanent morning shifts**:

- **Rotating Rosters
- 4/4 for example**:

- **Casual - evening shifts/day shifts**:

- **24-7 rosters**:

- **On call shifts**

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Customer service duties
- Corporate concierge
- Incident report writing
- Responding to alarms
- Ensuring safety of clients, contractors and the general public
- CCTV monitoring
- Access control
- Patrols
- General security duties in corporate buildings

**REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES**:

- Current QLD Security License
- Certificate in Security Operations
- Current QLD drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
- Strong time-management, organisational skills and attention to details
- Professional personal presentation
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior Customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Keen learner
