**THE POSITION**:
Wilson Security is looking for a dedicated and customer service focused Concierge Officer
This unique role will offer you stability and progression in your career.

**Monday-Friday role**

**0700-1500**

To be successful, you must thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment. You will have excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known and premium site.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Corporate concierge security duties
- Incident report writing
- Responding to alarms
- Ensuring safety of clients, contractors and the general public
- CCTV monitoring
- Access control
- Patrols
- General security duties in corporate buildings

**REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES**:

- Current QLD Security License
- Certificate in Security Operations
- Current QLD drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
- Current first aid certificate
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
- Strong time-management, organisational skills and attention to details
- Professional personal presentation
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior Customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word
