Opportunity to work at a global practice, producing multi-disciplinary projects across Branding, Wayfinding and Industrial Design. Their work is diverse, but with a shared vision in improving people's experiences of the built environment.
They are seeking a Construction Phase Services Support to join their Sydney office. This role is responsible for managing the site delivery of projects, ensuring they are coordinated with construction and subcontractor teams. You will work closely with the design team and clients to manage projects directly, including contractor clients and subcontractor teams.
This role will work with project leads to ensure contract documentation is utilised and respond to RFI requests, lead construction phase services meetings, monitor project RFI registers, identify and mitigate project risks and issues, attend site reviews, manufacturer facilities, quality checks
Experience working for creative agencies specialising in architecture, wayfinding, graphic design and product design, is advantageous.
Roles + Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or related
- 5+ years experience in Architecture or Construction Management
- Experience working with leading architectural, engineering and contractor firms
- Understanding of Construction Management methodologies
- Experience with construction management tools / software
- BIM coordination skills
- Interest in the delivery end of transport infrastructure projects
