**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare pie and sausage roll fillings according to recipes and bakery standards
- Roll and shape pie and sausage roll dough accurately and efficiently
- Fill pies and sausage rolls with appropriate fillings and ingredients
- Decorate and glaze pies as required
- Ensure consistent quality and taste of products
- Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure smooth production flow
- Meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in pie making is required
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality
- Knowledge of different types of pie fillings and sausage roll flavors
- Familiarity with bakery equipment and tools
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities
- Excellent communication skills
