We're seeking a Support Worker to work with a Female participant with intellectual impairment and schizophrenia based in Strathpine. Participant is of a Pasifika background, and seeks someone with shared understanding around cultural values, beliefs and practices.

**Your Role**:

- Support the participant's daily routines at home and in the community.
- Assist with personal care, domestic tasks and life skills.
- Foster independence, confidence, and social connections.
- Provide companionship and transport.

**Essential Requirements for Immediate Start**:
To ensure a seamless and swift on boarding process, you must have:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- Current Police Check and 100 points of ID.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License and comprehensive car insurance (as transport may be involved).
- Availability for flexible shifts, including potential overnights, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

**Rate Breakdown & Payment**:

- Weekday: $34 per hour
- Saturday: $46 per hour
- Sunday: $59 per hour
- Public Holiday: $80 per hour
- Overnight allowance/overtime
- Travel rate: $1/km

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $80.00 per hour
