**6 month contract initially**

The Process Manager is responsible for working closely with the Program Manager to oversee, develop, maintain, and report against the ITILv3 and v4 processes and solution compliance. This role is critical to ensuring the project and solution delivery processes developed and agreed with client and embedded within overall program governance and reporting. This role will work across the entire program, consisting of multiple project streams to ensure activities are in alignment with process and solution compliance.

**Working at NTT**
- Comply with client’s processes to enable the effective monitoring and reporting of the services in a multi-vendor environment through the appropriate utilisation of the relevant tools and procedures across all elements of the IT services required for those processes to operate effectively.
- Coordinate the execution of all the processes across client and all third-party vendor(s) in order that all the individual components that make up the Project Integration services are managed in an end-to-end manner.
- Work closely with client’s support team to review existing processes.
- Develop Service Management Plan to ensure seamless transition of services to client support team.
- Contribute to weekly reporting.
- Support IT System Change Management process.
- Contribute to the development of Solution Readiness Assessment Report.
- Update any Operational Processes affected by the Change.
- Develop regular solution compliance report to ensure delivery is compliant with client’s compliance requirements.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Process Management.
- Advanced understanding of ITIL 3 and 4 processes and principals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced ability to create and document processes.
- Results driven and proactive.
- Ability to lead and influence large cross functional teams.
- Advanced executive presentation and conflict resolution skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
