Atomi is transforming the educational experience by optimising the way high schools across the world, teach and learn. In just a few short years, our team and business has grown massively and guess what? We’re ready to scale even further

Founded in 2011, Atomi began with just a few 'how to' maths videos. It turned out that students and teachers really enjoyed our simple, fun and practical style. We now deliver millions of lessons each year to students around the world, inspiring a love for learning beyond the classroom and empowering students and teachers to work better together.

So what’s involved? I am glad you asked.

THE MAIN GAME...
- Content creation. You’ll be planning, creating and distributing valuable content to build trust and a positive brand association with our audience. Think blog posts, videos, white papers, newsletters, landing pages, lead gen assets and case studies.
- Content strategy. You’ll own the development and delivery of a dynamic, omnichannel content strategy.
- Content research. You’ll research, identify and pitch content based on keyword data and trending topics.
- Ideation. Come up with fresh new ideas for exposing our brand in undiscovered markets, and under-utilised channels.
- Understand the sales cycle. You’ll craft content that supports marketing activities across the entire sales cycle.
- Collaboration. You’ll collaborate with the broader marketing team to manage an editorial calendar and communicate the content strategy to the business.
- Measure results. You’ll monitor the performance of your content to help optimise and decide on future content direction.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
- Strategic marketing skills with a focus on enabling and developing brand awareness and organisational growth.
- Strong communications and content development experience.
- Team collaboration skills. You’ve previously partnered with marketing teams and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic, marketing-focused solutions.
- A data-first mindset. You make decisions and recommendations based on data and research.
- A passion for simplicity over complexity. You’re comfortable creating pragmatic marketing initiatives.
- Adaptability, flexibility and creativity. You’re capable of designing and delivering marketing content in line with brand guidelines.
