We are looking for a passionate Mental Health Clinician to join our _YES (Youth Enhanced Services)_ program. YES programs are designed to support young people with more complex mental health issues through five core service components:

- Enhanced access to services
- Supporting access to medical care
- Evidence-based psychological intervention
- Case Management
- Partnerships and integrations

As a Mental Health Clinician in the YES program, you will be a part of a highly experienced and enthusiastic team of clinicians, school clinicians, peer workers, community engagement workers as well as work & study vocational specialists. There will also be opportunities to connect with the YES Community of Practice hosted by Orygen Youth Health.

**Qualifications**:
To succeed in this position, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or Social Work
- Be AHPRA registered or eligible for membership with the association in your field
- At least three years of experience in working with young people and families
- Demonstrated experience in engaging, assessing, and providing a range of evidence-based interventions for young people experiencing complex mental health issues

We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of the mental health and broader service system, who will work collaboratively to create a quality service for young people and their families living in the Hastings community.
