**Description**:
Critical to our success is the smooth and efficient distribution of our delicious meals to the homes of customers around Australia and we currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Distribution Coordinator to join our customer Operations team located at our facility in Carrum Downs. This is a fast paced and dynamic role that is ever-evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers.
Reporting to the Customer Operations Distribution Team Leader, this role is responsible for scheduling customer deliveries to ensure our product is delivered according to our guidelines. You have a strong attention to detail and are able to work with competing priorities whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer service. This role is the key interface for Lite n’ Easy delivery partners, operations team, customers and our customer service team.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Ensure delivery runs are sorted, revised and managed each day
- Modify delivery runs to accommodate last minute changes
- Organise special deliveries as required
- Schedule delivery partner
- Manage relief delivery partners as required
- Day to day management of delivery partner relationships
- Ensure all delivery partner records are compliant and up to date in line with company policies
- Communicate any issues or changes to all parts of the business
- Investigate and resolve any delivery partner issues and feedback.
- Work with the wider distribution and customer operations team to ensure all sites meet their daily operational targets

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Well-developed problem solving skills
A track record in an administration role with customer service skills
Work in a logistics background would be an advantage
Sound PC skills - MS Office and Excel intermediate skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to start work from 7:00am
