Our client is seeking a Head of Delivery to join their growing, passionate team. Their team is building the next generation of audio products designed to deliver the highest quality personalised experience to all listeners. They’re looking to evolve their current product lines and develop new technology to serve different clients’ needs.
- They are looking for someone who has a demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan and manage the execution of complex projects from inception to delivery. This is more than a Scrum Master or Project Manager role - they are looking for someone who can step up and take personal ownership over projects to deliver outstanding results. This is a key leadership role focusing on the day-to-day management of a multidisciplinary team and building a layer between the team and CTO so they can focus their time on the expansion into the US market. It is an opportunity to help evolve current product lines, develop new tech and deliver innovative solutions to a large audience.

**The Role**:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Liaise directly with the CTO to ensure that projects are in line with the business’s strategic goals and product roadmap
- Work alongside Electronic and Mechanical Engineers, Embedded and Application Software Developers, UI/UX and Industrial Designers to implement the solutions and perform testing
- Translate the CTO’s high-level functional specifications into technical requirements
- Grow agile processes and improvement as the remote technical team grows

**Experience**:

- 4+ years of equivalent experience implementing and coaching SCRUM practices
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an innovation-first environment
- A balance of engineering and business mindsets with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management software tools

**Salary**:
Commensurate with experience
