The purpose of the Brand & Promotions Lead is to maximise ratings results for the company by working with the local Content team to successfully develop and implement creative audience experiences for SCA’s assets and brands.

This role will manage, execute and communicate activations and brand experience tactics to position our brands in Newcastle. The Brand & Promotions Lead will collaborate closely with our local Content Team to attract listeners and increase ratings (including but not limited to brand experience activity, external branding, web tactics and social media).

The Brand & Promotions Lead, with the Brand Experience Director, will lead, coach and develop our Brand Experience Specialists within our local market. This role is expected to demonstrate a high level of EQ, humility, respect and resilience in their leadership of all audience activity for the local market.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience working with Promotions and/or Branding on all platforms.
- Firsthand industry experience working in Media and/or Events, paired with an understanding of integration between Teams.
- Excellent people and resource management skills.
- Successful track record in collaborating both within and across multiple dynamic teams.
- Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales Briefs and Content development needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, paired with the ability to work with staff and clients at all levels.
- Keen interest in media, news, popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audiences
