We're looking for a highly skilled and charismatic coffee expert to promote the Smeg brand in retail stores.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for coffee, and experience in customer service and barista work.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be responsible for conducting captivating coffee demonstrations, consulting on Smeg Housewares, and building positive relationships with stores.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the Smeg brand through engaging retail coffee demonstrations
  • Consulting on Smeg Housewares and providing expert advice to customers
  • Building strong relationships with store staff and management
  • Working closely with the sales team to drive sales and revenue growth

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for coffee and a deep understanding of the Smeg brand
  • Previous experience in customer service and barista work
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Able to work weekends and flexible hours
