We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Property Specialist at Perth CBD Office on a Permanent Full Time-basis.

**About this role**

As the Principal Property Specialist, you will be responsible for land identification, negotiation, and acquisition of strategic land holdings to meet the Network Operational requirements. The role will also provide strategic and policy advice regarding the acquisition and payment of compensation on strategic land holdings.

**About you**

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

- Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline.
- Extensive and broad experience within a property environment with a strong understanding of property markets, principles, and legislation.
- Significant and demonstrated experience in property analysis and financial evaluation.
- Extensive experience in negotiating commercial transactions with external parties, including leasing arrangements, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to undertake multiple activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships across the organisation at multiple levels.
