Our client, an employer of choice who is now seeking a Group Procurement Specialist - Property to join their highly skilled team.

**The Role**:
The purpose of this role is to strategically manage the delivery of contract management services for both internal clients consistent with commercially competitive standards for safety, cost, timeliness, quality, and scope and client satisfaction.

Working as a key part of the wider team, this role will assist the procurement team in critical elements of the newly created structure. This will demand someone who can hit the ground running within a sometimes challenging environment across facilities management and minor works with a diverse organisation with multiple assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to assist in the preparation of complex tender packages for minor Work projects
- Collate market and data information which will support business objectives across a large diverse organisation.
- Liaise with current suppliers and optimise the commercial services for the greater good of this organisation
- Prepare results, outputs, results and internal/external communications.
- Regular liaising and negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders on specific portfolios of contracts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record of procuring utilities, minor works projects and or Facilities management contracts.
- Life cycle contracts experience essential
- Experience of procurement -facilities management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
