**About the Role**:
Join our Macquarie Harbour team in Strahan, and use your vast experience to lead a team of dedicated Farm Attendants. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity and adherence to Tassal standards whilst also having the opportunity to mentor and develop your team.

**Daily Requirements**:

- ** Leading the Crew**: Overseeing the operations team, providing hands-on coaching and training.
- ** Boosting Efficiency**: Coming up with and putting into action ways to make our operations run smoother and more productive.
- ** Team Spirit**: Building a strong sense of teamwork and always looking for ways to improve how we work together.
- ** Staying Compliant**: Making sure we follow all company rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- ** Harvest Help**: Assisting with harvest tasks as needed.

**Required & Desired Skills**:

- Master 5
- Minimum 5 years aquaculture experience
- Strong leadership
- Excellent communication
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
