This is a role at GroupM Agency which is part of the WPP network.

**Salary**: $80,000 to $90,000 inclusive of superannuation

Location: Office location will be determined dependent on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager to join our team on a Full-time basis within one of our agencies. We have offices based on Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, so the role could be based in either of these locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day main client contact
- Developing and executing a client retention and growth plan to identify potential areas for improvement
- Gains and maintains knowledge of client’s business, industry and competition.
- Informs team on status of projects.
- Responsible for ensuring reports and/or meeting notes are complete and distributed to clients.
- Assist to maintain existing account relationships to insure they remain healthy, productive and mutually beneficial, with a goal of securing repeat business and achieving targeted revenues
- Additional tasks as assigned

Who exactly are we looking for?
- Someone with at least 2 years agency experience
- Must be detail focused
- Have the ability to develop strategic solutions for client business challenges
- Experience in preparing client proposals and or pitch documents
- Someone who thrives on working across more than one brandA person who can grow in to a more senior role in 18 months
