Overview:
**Reporting into the Woolworths Senior Account Manager, you will assist with managing the account.**
**This role will be based from Woolworths Head Office, 1-2 days per week and operating from our North Sydney office on a hybrid or remote work model for the remainder.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the promotional forecasts calendar by units by SKU and promotional tracker
- Own promotional analysis, present findings, how each SKU performed
- Own merchandising report and present findings, improvements, time to move to acceptable level and uplift of sales
- Own event planning, execution, reporting and post event performance analysis
- Own customer competitions end to end
- Planogram planning and execution
- Manage customer complaints, with a focus on speed of resolution
- General ad-hoc admin as required
Qualifications:
- Experience of working across retail customer base, as an account manager
- Knowledge of Loyalty, Prepaid, Telco or Gift Card category, desirable
- Highly detailed, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Accustomed to working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strategic and results orientate
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels and build beneficial relationships
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
