With an engaged Board of Directors and Executive team, led by our CISO, James Ng, we're looking for a leader to head our Cyber Security Design & Assurance team. This is your chance to be part of a newly consolidated team and shape the future of cyber security at Insignia Financial. You'll guide our projects, influence our architecture, and ensure that our security controls are robust, tested, and effective. We're strategically refreshing our processes and technology to enable a proactive and effective cyber resilience approach. We have a dedicated budget and a newly approved cyber security operating model. If you're passionate about secure-by-design and want to make a tangible impact, we want to hear from you. **The opportunity to join our team** As the Head of Cyber Security Design & Assurance you will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to ensuring that the organisation's technology solutions, products, and services are designed, implemented, and operated with robust security controls. These controls must align with cyber security policies and standards to maximize resilience against real-world cyber threats. This role involves governing and championing secure-by-design principles and overseeing the verification of security controls throughout the technology lifecycle. You will ensure that security is integrated and maintained throughout all stages of development and operation.
