Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across three campuses in the north-east of Melbourne and state-wide. Patient Food Services provides patient meals for all Austin Health campus’ as well as providing a patient meals service to Royal Women’s Hospital. Currently the Austin Health Patient Food Services Department is plating approximately 2700 cook/chill meals each day. Food Services has 138 staff

**About the role**

The specific role of a Menu Monitor is to Collect and process patient menu information and production requirements for the Food Services Department in the required allocated period.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

- Previous experience in Meal Management Systems in Health settings
- Proven experience in menu related problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working between staff groups at multiple sites
- Ability to communicate and develop working relationships on all levels
- Self motivated and outcome driven with ability to work in and contribute to a team environment.
- Intermediate computer skills e.g. MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, exc
