**Daimler Trucks Dandenong** are seeking a service driven and committed **Parts Interpreter** to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As the face of our department, you will be responsible for tending to customer queries, interpreting and identifying light and heavy vehicle parts, processing orders and transactions, and coordinating the delivery of our parts with suppliers.

**About The Role**:

- Provide timely and expert parts advice to customers and workshop, face to face and over the phone
- Accurately interpret all parts manuals and catalogues
- Process orders, handle transactions and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Actively collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the parts departments
- Continuously maintain current knowledge of parts inventory and availability

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive or heavy equipment industry
- Experience in ordering and booking parts and utilising catalogues
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships
- Good technological skills and the ability to utilise multiple systems
