Auburn South Preschool (ASPS) is a beautiful stand-alone community-based kindergarten, situated alongside Anderson Park in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Hawthorn East. Auburn South Preschool is dedicated to providing a safe, healthy and welcoming learning environment for all children, families and early childhood professionals. With an experienced and talented educating team the preschool prides itself on providing a high-quality standard of education and care through sessional kindergarten programs.

**Description**

Auburn South Preschool is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Qualified or Experienced Cert III Educator to join our team in an Additional Educator/lunch cover role. The successful applicant will be committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment, supporting all students to feel safe and secure, with a strong sense of belonging. The applicant will be passionate about providing high quality education and be able to support the ECT's in providing an engaging play-based kinder experience.

Working across three groups, you will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different teaching styles and approaches. The new team member should have excellent interpersonal skills to allow them to engage with the children, families, work colleagues and the Committee of Management. This position runs across four days within school hours, making it ideal for someone returning to the workforce or looking for a role that supports work-life balance.

They will conduct themselves in a professional manner, have a sound understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework and the National Quality Framework, and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
