About the role:
In this Trade Analyst role, you’ll assist with the day-to-day operations of our Operations Trade Services team, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Process all types of Trade Finance transactions: Import & Export with and without Letter of Credit, Account Receivables financing, Account Payables financing and Invoice Finance- Liaise with customers in all aspects of Trade ensuring customers are provided with excellent service- Assist with the beginning of day (BOD) and end of day (EOD) process- Prepare monthly statistics and reports- Respond to general enquiries and correspondence- Assist with general duties such as filing, completing registers etc.- Relieve other positions from time to time when staff are on leave- Other duties or tasks as directed by immediate Supervisor or Management

What we are looking for:
A good awareness and understanding on Trade AML/Sanctions matters is essential.

You will be highly organised, able to multitask and work autonomously and proactively. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills are essential.
