**About the role at Optiver**

We are looking for an experienced and talented Trading Analyst to work in our Equity trading team. You will work closely with trading and research teams to analyse the markets we trade and the strategies we use to generate innovate trading ideas. In addition, you will build tools and systems to evolve the trading and operations of the Equity trading team.

**Seniority**

Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Investment Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, and presenting investment recommendations
- Investment Sourcing - Sourcing new investment opportunities by identifying and evaluating market opportunities
- Investment Management - Select, buy, and sell securities to maximize returns and manage risk, and monitor the performance of investments regularly
