**About Us**

The Authentic Village Baker is a Victorian family owned business that has consistently produced the highest quality breads for over a decade. Our mission is to provide breads that are not only rich and flavoursome but also breads that are genuinely healthy.

**About You**

You will be responsible for making highest quality sourdough bread products from daily production orders in accordance with recipes.

**As Baker** you will ideally have a minimum of one years experience working with dough techniques - mixing, moulding and or oven work. You are preferably qualified and have been trained in accordance with HACCP guidelines for clean, hygienic and safe baking and use of machinery.

Alternatively you are an **Apprentice Baker or Bakers Assistant **wanting to complete qualification or seeking an on the job mentoring and training program.
- You possess good numeracy, positive attitude, ability to be a team player as well as be able to perform repetitive tasks quickly.
- Skills and experience in other areas of baking highly regarded.

**Salary**: $59,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Baking or Food Processing: 1 year (preferred)
