Bakery Assistant

**About You**

You will be responsible for assisting and making highest quality sourdough bread products from daily production orders in accordance with recipes.

**As Assistant Baker** you will ideally have some experience working in a bakery in accordance with HACCP guidelines for clean, hygienic and safe baking and use of machinery.

Alternatively you are a **Food Process Worker **wanting to complete an on the job mentoring and training program.
- You possess good numeracy, positive attitude, ability to be a team player as well as be able to perform repetitive tasks quickly.
- Skills and experience in other areas of baking highly regarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Baking or Food Processing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
