This fast growing financial services company has experience unprecedented growth and as a result are looking for a dynamic Finance Analyst to join their team. They have a broad range of products and services and are a market leader in their field. An internal promotion has resulted in a great opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities including:

- Monthly management reporting
- Quarterly forecasting
- Variance analysis and commentaries
- Financial Modelling
- KPI Reporting
- Insights and analysis
- Stakeholder engagement and business partnering
- Annual budgeting
- Process improvements and ad hoc projects

To be considered for this great role, you will be CA/CPA/CIMA qualified and have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a large complex organisation (ideally financial services). You must also have excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset and be well organised.
