**About Us**: Apex Building is a leading construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee daily scheduling and coordination of on-site trades, suppliers, and deliveries, including managing schedules in project management software.
- Enforce compliance with work health and safety regulations and standards.
- Inspect work and materials to ensure they adhere to specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in monthly construction meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.
- Keep good records of work-in-progress and completed jobs for invoicing purposes
- Driven to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven computer literacy, including proficiency with tablets and smartphones.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure.
- Minimum of 2 years in the building industry.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
