_**KaRaTec**_ Power Supplies is an Australian designer and manufacturer of professional power supplies, and is a proud member of the _**Australia Made Campaign**_. We are currently seeking an experience and committed **Engineering Manager **to head up our engineering team in the area of **high frequency switchmode power converter** design.

You must process a diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline such as IT or Industrial Engineering, as a minimum, with a solid background in technical management. You must also have minimum three years of experience in the management of Electronic manufacturing environment, in particular in the area of **analogue electronics**, **high frequency** **DC-DC Converters, LED panels & lightings**, in **automotive or similar harsh environment** (such as railway, mining etc) with the fluent knowledge of mandatory standards such as **Safety standards** and **EMC standards.**

Reporting to the Operational Manager, your job duty will involve (but not limited to):

- Leadership in technical team, providing technical support and advice to technical team in design, development, improvement, and manufacturability of current and new products.
- Initiate, planning and feasibility studies of research, design and development of new projects with market demand and customer feedback, including custom/variants of existing product range.
- Supervision of technical team in procedures and record keeping such as production drawings, production procedures, revision controls, etc.
- Liaise with external agencies with the require regulations and standards for varies product and market.
- Project budgeting and the preparation of technical proposal and tendering documents.
- Monitor KPIs and Quality Assurance and take corrective action accordingly.
- Supervision of Junior Engineers as necessary.

We provide a friendly working environment located in North Parramatta, and with flexible working hours.

Remuneration will depend on your experience and contribution, and range from $95K to $120K per annual. Please reply with resume, we looking forward to meet up with you.
