**Account Partner - Canberra Office - Max term contract**

A great opportunity for an experienced Account Partner to join our Allhomes Residential sales team in our Canberra office on a **12 month parental leave contract**. Your role is to position Allhomes & Domain as the market leaders in print, online, content & social platforms to our Real Estate agents. You will provide innovative and effective advertising solutions and a positive customer service experience. You’ll also effectively manage the clients in the allocated territory and develop new business opportunities.

**Who are you?**
- Continually connect with clients and industry partners to ensure Allhomes solutions remain relevant and desirable in a changing market
- Act as an advocate for customers, influencing product roadmaps, and supporting marketing that aligns Allhomes solutions to needs
- Be accountable for sales to designated Allhomes customer group or portfolio, and achievement of sales goals
- Take accountability for team goals and informally support and mentor peers
- Have a valid Australian drivers licence and reliable vehicle

Drive the following outcomes to strengthen and grow the customer relationship:

- Sales revenue and quarterly sales growth
- Revenue growth by account and product utilisation
- Maintaining the customer relationship through nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further Allhomes solutions
- Successfully defining customer needs, delivering Allhomes solutions-based proposals and managing objections and concerns
- Closing sales opportunities with accurate documentation
