Full time role for an Associate Director level ICT Business Systems Analyst, with skills in Data & Financial Modelling.
- Receiving and interpreting client requirements and providing recommendations of appropriate solutions for the business practices, and system functionality and behaviour, as well as directing and monitoring the team to execute accordingly;
- Perform business process modelling techniques to analyse high level business requirements and strategic plans and communicate the design and structure of the product;
- Using Power BI, Power Query, and other data analysis tools to analyse and identify the opportunities for improving business process and workflow;
- Providing recommendations for the clients in the system project decision making process and providing guidance for implementation process based on the understanding of business practices, and system functionality;
- Performing research & development of processes and products that can be implemented into the suite of offerings to the clients;
- Providing training documentations for the end clients in the implementation phase and gathering feedback from the users;
- Testing solution in clients operating system and identifying and communicating issues to system development team;
- Managing client relationships and expectations including communicating product updates to the team and the customers and providing design product demos for new features or user interface designs; and
- Monitoring project progression including project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
