About the role
The role is ideal for a service advisor or technician with computer skills who wants to transition into an internal, office-based position. This role focuses on coordinating the preparation of new vehicles before delivery to customers, ensuring all pre-delivery inspections, accessories, and quality checks are completed efficiently. The coordinator will manage workflows, scheduling, and system updates, liaising with technicians, suppliers, and dealerships to track vehicle readiness.
Please note this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Duties & responsibilities
- Raise repair and purchase orders on a daily basis, updating the system as required
- Booking and scheduling work with contractors and other departments
- Keeping track of vehicles and bookings to ensure the most efficient preparation process
- Communicating with sales and predelivery staff regarding any updates or changes with vehicle or parts supply as well as delivery dates/times

Skills & experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) e.g. Toyota Tune is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
