We are an unlisted public company and one of five licensed banks in Australia with full direct connectivity and production capability across all domestic payment systems. Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.
**We are looking for a Client Solution Consultant to join our Product and Services division in Cuscal.**

The Solution Consultant capability is a key part of Cuscal’s market growth and objectives in delivering high calibre client experience. The role will have responsibility to work across the Client engagement journey from pre-sales through to delivery
As Cuscal’s Client Solution Consultant your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Act as the interface between client needs and effective on-boarding and delivery
- Conduct presentations and lead discovery sessions with our prospects and clients to ensure that client requirements are fully understood with outputs prepared into a standard format
- Identify, alongside sales colleagues, opportunities for sale of further Cuscal products that meet client needs and deepen relationships
- Understand and translate client needs into solution requirements and high-level solution design
- Document, analyse and communicate challenges and solution options that address the Client requirements
- Provide expert input regarding the scope of work and whether the requirements are bespoke or service catalogue, working towards standardisation of our offering
- Record the gaps between the client requirements and Cuscal’s solution to enable effective roadmap, feasibility, and estimation discussion
- Address client’s technical questions and requirements to ensure solutions are delivered against standard patterns and designs.
- Lead the planning phase of projects, developing high level estimates for standardised items and working with squads to develop estimates for bespoke items
- Lead the internal estimates process and ensure all parties are clear on what will be delivered
- Ensure accuracy of client estimations in consultation with the delivery teams within each Domain
- Provide a detailed handover to the Client Delivery team at commencement of the implementation and act as a point of escalation for internal stakeholders and the client throughout the implementation process
