**About the opportunity**

When you become an Assistant Manager at this medium sized casual eatery, you’ll learn how operations are ran their way whilst having the freedom to coach and support staff your way.

This restaurant group is a big believer in providing all the tools so you can manage costs and meet targets without having to comprise service. It’s then up to you to show what you’ve got when it comes to driving standards and sales and proactively using guest feedback to maximise opportunities.

The restaurant is a 40 seater that focuses on volume. Ideally, you’ll come from a casual, guest facing leadership role with an understanding of delivering in a branded operation.
