**Automotive Service Manager - Canberra**

**Our client is a family owned and operated located in Canberra. They require an experienced, hands on, customer centric Service Manager. Ideally you will have current or previous experience in a **high-volume** dealership service **department and** will have a proven track record of consistently high CSI results, along with excellent leadership skills. This opportunity is also suitable for an Assistant Service Manager looking for a step up in their career.*

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Managing and leading a team of Service Technicians, Service Advisors, Workshop Controller etc.
- Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency throughout the workshop

**The successful applicant will**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry with a Mechanical background and experience in repairs.
- Have a high level of leadership and organisational skills.
- Have the desire to meet specific targets and goals.
- Have well developed and clear communication skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
- Have previous management experience (essential)
