We are looking for an active, driven and bubbly individual to join our fast paced outlet store in one of Melbourne's biggest shopping centres, Highpoint. Our brand is one of the globe's leading brands in premier footwear and sporting wear.

**The Role**:

- This role requires you to lead from the front and drive sales on the floor, to ensure you can be across all your KPIS.
- You will oversee all operational focuses in the store including inventory and stock management.
- Developing a large number of team members skillset and knowledge, so you are able to delegate tasks to them, but also strengthening the culture.
- Creating rosters, being on top of your wage percentage and a strong understanding of loss prevention.

**What we’re looking for**:

- An individual with a passion for an active lifestyle to be able to relate to their customers and build strong connections.
- A organised and structured individual who has a high practical focus in terms of stock replenishment and operations
- A motivated salesperson who is wanting to train and develop their team to drive sales.

- Salary up to $65k plus super

- Tuesday to Saturday roster
