About the Role

As the Store Manager, you'll lead from the front - inspiring your team to deliver genuine, memorable customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with both customers and team members.

You'll take full accountability for store performance, visual standards, and team development - ensuring the brand's legacy continues to shine through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a passionate retail team to achieve store KPIs and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer journey that reflects the brand's heritage and values.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure store presentation is always of premium standard.
  • Manage stock control, rostering, and operational efficiencies.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
