The Executive Manager Strategy & Product Manager Chapter Area Lead is a key leadership role in our Digital Domain business. You will be an expert in delivering strategic outcomes to deliver exceptional experiences that drive positive customer outcomes. In addition, you will utilise your coaching ability to mentor and engage your team and stakeholders, focusing on delivering strategic priorities.

You bring experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, using leading practices and valuing continuous delivery. You thrive in autonomy, driving product strategy from conception to release, while also being active in the broader digital community. Staying up to date with digital and technology innovations is second nature to you.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Develop strategy components and solutions to improve the customer experience, ensuring positive impacts to customers are being developed as well as owning a range of strategic initiatives within the team;
- Build constructive collaborative relationships with product and channel owners and across the bank, supporting these owners to deliver enhancements and ensuring appropriate trade-offs between customer and commercial outcomes.
- Thrive in complexity and ambiguity, demonstrating resilience and tenacity to see things through.
- Leading projects that cut across multiple lines of business - using innovative problem-solving techniques to get the best solution and optimal stakeholder engagement.
- Inspire and galvanise your teams to rise to challenging but exciting customer and technical delivery outcomes.

**We’re looking for a senior leader with**:

- Strong ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders to deliver your product vision, balancing customer, business, and technical needs
- A data-driven mindset, interpreting insights to inform decision-making, with excellent communication skills to champion customer engagement and loyalty
- A track record of building and leading high-performing digital teams, simplifying complexity to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Experience in an agile, test-and-learn environment, with a passion for breaking boundaries and solving complex problems
