The Policy Officer is a role within SA Housing Trust and is accountable to the Manager, Planning and Reporting for undertaking high level research and policy work designed to improve the management, performance and content of SA Housing Authority’s strategies, policies, programs and activities.

The Policy Officer will manage and coordinate strategic policy positioning and provide advice on business planning and reporting processes. The Policy Officer will prepare reports and submissions and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Furthermore, this role will liaise and work with other SA Housing Trust directorates and non-government stakeholders to maintain connection and alignment between the organisation’s strategic direction, program development, business planning and policies.

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.

**Role Status**
One ongoing opportunity available as well as one long term opportunity up to 2 March 2027.
