I'm currently looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis in Vapiano Toowoomba. Our business is located in Grand Central Toowoomba Queensland. As the Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate kitchen staff activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and update menu offerings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
