Are you a dedicated, reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised environment? Right at Home Darling Downs is seeking a skilled Home Cleaner to join our team. We provide comprehensive home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. As a Home Cleaner, you will ensure our client's homes are clean, tidy, and comfortable.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting various surfaces within clients' homes.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas as required.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Organise and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any specific cleaning preferences or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their homes.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients, including individuals with disabilities and seniors.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions in English.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (if required to travel between client locations).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification.

**Qualifications**:
No specific qualification requirements, but you must have experience as a cleaner.
