Plummer’s Industries Pty Ltd is a family owned Western Australian Company with substantial operations in Western Australia and Queensland, and is the largest privately owned switchboard manufacturer in Australia.

Plummer’s Industries designs, constructs and delivers more than fifty (50) fully equipped and tested switch rooms of various shapes and sizes each year.

**The role**:
Plummer Industries are seeking experienced Personal Assistant for the General Manager to support his work load. You will be an organised and proactive individual who is able to demonstrate the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Efficiently organize the General Manager’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Communicate professionally and confidently on behalf of the GM with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Proactively solve problems and address challenges to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with data entry and other clerical & office work as directed.
- Format and prepare documentation as required.

**Successful applicants will have**:

- Positive personality
- Strong organisational and management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Prior experience in the switchboard manufacturing industry (preferred but not required).
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar position highly regarded
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge
