They are seeking to appoint a Property Manager working alongside a team of fun, dedicated and talented individuals who love what they do. This role is Monday to Friday only and involves zero leasing and accounts, and will not see you overloaded but rather supported so as to best serve your landlords and tenants.

**The Position**
- In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio of 240 properties
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Manage urgent repair and maintenance requests
- Represent the landlord at tribunal hearings
- Negotiate rent reviews/lease agreements
- Minimise rental arrears

**The Person**
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- First-class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Good personal presentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A good teamwork ethic
