An exceptional opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to join this business based in their office in the Eastern suburbs. This is a dream role where your key mandate will be to develop strong client relationships and exemplify 6-star customer service across the portfolio. In this extremely rare role, you will oversee an immaculate portfolio and not have to do ANY inspections, leasing or administration.

**The Perks**

- Portfolio will not exceed 150 properties

**The Position**:
In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of up to 150 properties
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
- Attend to repairs and maintenance requests
- Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints

**The Person**
- A solid background in property management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
