**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating / Designing website/e-commerce content
- Creating / Designing and updating social media accounts and contents
- Creating / Designing EDM
- Writing Content descriptions on different online platforms
- Creating / Maintains sites that are optimized for search engines.
- Identify beauty trends and insights, and optimize activity of website/e-commerce
- Reporting performance of all sales and marketing, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Delivering and assisting multi-channel marketing campaigns via front-line sales teams, PR, events etc
- General / Any given administration duties
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar tertiary qualifications is preferable
- Recent experience creating websites and demonstrated examples
- Design skills using Photoshop and Illustrator etc
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics
- Experience in Klaviyo or other EDM platforms
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok advertising
- Strong ability to write engaging copy (with excellent spoken and written English)
- In the digital space with your excellent customer-facing skills
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for their work
- Excellent understanding of beauty trend and industry
- A can-do and resourceful attitude
