With this in mind, as our Perth residential property portfolio has organically grown, we are looking for an experienced, innovative and professional Property Manager. In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same and your core responsibilities include:

- End to end management of a diverse residential portfolio
- Prepare a range of customer correspondence and communications to our landlords, tenant correspondence and leasing and market updates
- Proactively educate and respond to client enquiries giving them assurance their property is being well looked after and is a great long term investment
- Identify and facilitate a range of new and innovative initiatives including new systems and processes using a range of systems
- Create a range of innovative marketing campaigns to lease a high volume of properties in the same location concurrently.

We are no ordinary Property Management Services Team with there being huge growth potential.

To be considered for this role we are looking for:

- An experienced Property Manager with 2-3 experience who can share with us high levels of enthusiasm, resilience and is focused on the client experience
- Demonstrated experience managing a diverse portfolio within an autonomous environment
- Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and the latest changes in our industry
- Systems savvy with strong systems and technology skills
- Valid Property Registration Certificate as per WA Govt requirements is essential
- Can be flexible, adaptable and a can do attitude with faced with change and challenges
