We are seeking an experienced Billing Officer to join one of our clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support timely and accurate customer billing/sundry billing
- Develop and maintain an annual billing schedule for all specialist billed accounts
- Completing financial obligations and adhering to audit requirements
- Reconciliations are completed, errors investigated and resolved by the monthly due dates
- Bill intercepts (manual and online) are completed weekly

**Experience Required**
- Billing/Accounts background desirable
- Ability to analyse information
- Microsoft skills - ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
- Demonstrable ability to understand and interpret appropriate Acts, regulations and policies
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset
