About the Role

As the Training Facilitator for Elders, you will be responsible for delivering training on system changes to all levels of the business across Australia. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to tailor the delivery of training content to meet their business needs, ensuring a positive user-adoption of key changes to our business through a range of learning delivery methods. Your experience in identifying potential learning difficulties and adapting your approach accordingly will be essential to your success in this role. As a member of the change engagement team, you will be a key contributor to ensuring our people's needs are always considered throughout the change process.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on system changes (Workday, Dynamics365) for end-users across Australia.
- Contribute to the development / updating of training artefacts and documentation to support training delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and tailor delivery of training content accordingly.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest system release updates with support from the larger project team.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users after training to reinforce learning and answer any questions or concerns.

About you
- Experience in delivering training programs on ERP or CRM solutions to end-users.
- Knowledge of Workday, Dynamics365, or similar business software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for fostering trust and rapport across various groups of people.
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of adult learning to ensure that the learning experience is effective and enjoyable for all. Additionally, recognizing learning difficulties with the ability to adapt the learning approach to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to learn.
- Willingness to travel across Australia for training delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
